The dealer replaced the throttle module, pcm unit, the electrical harness, the battery and the battery tray were replaced; however, the failure worseend. Fuel pump wouldn't shut off, wipers turning on by themselves, both sides of my tail lights blacked out, no power. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. It had stalled at least half a dozen times while I was driving it, plus it stalled in my driveway on numerous occasions. A little tug on the wire and the insulation tore and you could see the corroded wire. This incident nearly burned our condo unit which was above the garage and endangered my wife and kids who were still sleeping.
Problem occures wether in park, driving, with engine off. As I posted above some months ago, It is the horn pad that causes this drain. The fire department was called to the scene. Hoping you can help us and thank you very much for your time. Dodge is fully aware of this issue as the replacement now comes with a splash guard plate to help protect the connectors.
